As part of The Podcast Center family, Stamina Entertainment proudly offers our Midtown venue exclusively to the on-air personalities of Bumpin 96.3 FM and Right On Radio 87.7 FM. Whether you’re celebrating a milestone, hosting a private meet-and-greet, or planning a personal event, the Talent Lounge provides a stylish, comfortable space to connect, celebrate, and entertain. Stamina Entertainment is an adult venue (ages 35+) designed to maintain a mature, sophisticated atmosphere that reflects the professionalism and integrity of our on-air community. This unique perk honors the voices that keep our stations alive — giving you access to a venue that’s just as dynamic and refined as your presence on the mic. We offer folding tables and chairs, pub tables and chairs, a portable bar, podium, security table and chair, audio speakers, microphone, artificial plants, and table toppers. The venue comfortably seats up to 125 guests with tables and chairs or 195 guests theater-style. PLEASE NOTE: Setup is not included in the base rental rate. Clients are responsible for arranging their own setup and breakdown unless they select the Setup Service Add-On during booking. Setup assistance is available for an additional $60 fee, which must be selected under Additional Fees at the time of booking. Be sure to follow Guidelines for On-Air Talent Rentals. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy – Stamina: Talent Lounge Advance Booking Venue rentals may be booked up to six (6) months in advance through our online system. Last-Minute Booking Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the event date. Non-Refundable Deposit A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation and will be applied to the total balance. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the scheduled event through official channels. Cancellations made within 72 hours are non-refundable. Refund Process Refunds are reviewed case-by-case and may be approved for emergencies or extreme weather. Clients will be reimbursed the remaining balance within 30 days if pre-payment has been made. Prepaid funds will be refunded for only the remaining balance, if any, within 30 days of termination for balances $400 and under. Refunds $401 and over will be subject to a 90-day waiting period. Booking Modifications Changes must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Overtime beyond the scheduled booking incurs additional hourly charges. Venue Access & Conduct A one-time keypad code will be sent to you via email or text for entry. Talent and guests must comply with all venue rules, maintain a safe environment, and follow local laws. Stamina Entertainment is an adult venue (ages 35+). Events must reflect this standard; any event that attracts or includes primarily under-35 attendees may be terminated immediately without refund. Security & Liability Clients assume responsibility for attendees and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stamina Entertainment and The Podcast Center from any claims arising from event use. Insurance & Security Deposit Event insurance may be required. A refundable security deposit may be held to cover damages or policy violations and will be returned within 10 business days after inspection. No Storage Policy Stamina Entertainment is a rent-only venue. No client, vendor, or repeat renter may store items, equipment, decorations, or materials on-site before, during, or after an event. All belongings must be removed at the end of each booking. Anything left behind will be considered trash and disposed of immediately. Stamina Entertainment assumes no responsibility for stored or abandoned items. By booking with Stamina Entertainment: Talent Lounge, on-air personalities agree to these terms for a safe, professional, and mature event experience.
