Behind this exciting venture is Tina Tilton, a seasoned media personality and TV producer. A native of South Memphis, Tina's career began in 1996, shortly after graduating with a B.A. in Mass Communications from Lambuth University. Her on-air radio talent graced some of the top stations in the area, including FM 100, Q107.5, HOT 107.1, WLRM Love 1380, and more. Her journey into television included hosting shows like Video Waves and Da Radical Truth on Channel 3, Street Scenes on Fox 13, and Joy In Our Town on the Trinity Broadcasting Network.

In 2014, Tina became the proud owner of TTEN (The Tina Tilton Entertainment Network) on Channel 46.1, reaching a vast audience in Tennessee and Mississippi. The year 2019 marked a rebranding to The Podcast Center, where she helped podcasters broadcast their shows on Comcast throughout the Southeastern region. In 2022, Tina partnered with Flinn Broadcasting to place podcasters on selected FM radio stations in Memphis. Her forward-looking vision continued in 2023 when she entered into an agreement to lease and manage two of Flinn Broadcasting's radio stations, namely Bumpin' 96.3 FM and Right On Radio 87.7 FM. This partnership marked the official launch of The Podcast Center's Beyond The Pod initiative, aimed at supporting radio and television companies in monetizing their airtime with podcasters.
