Stamina Entertainment — part of The Podcast Center family — offers a dynamic Midtown venue designed for private events, creative gatherings, and celebrations. Whether you’re hosting a milestone occasion, an intimate mixer, or an exclusive private event, Stamina provides a modern, flexible space that balances energy and elegance. Stamina Entertainment is an adult venue (ages 35+), offering a refined atmosphere that reflects maturity, professionalism, and class. Events must align with this standard to ensure a quality experience for all guests. From small receptions to private parties and special showcases, our venue provides the perfect backdrop for memorable moments — complete with modern amenities, convenient access, and a creative Midtown vibe that inspires connection and celebration. We offer folding tables and chairs, pub tables and chairs, a portable bar, podium, security table and chair, audio speakers, microphone, artificial plants, and table toppers. The venue comfortably seats up to 125 guests with tables and chairs or 195 guests theater-style. PLEASE NOTE: Setup is not included in the base rental rate. Clients are responsible for arranging their own setup and breakdown unless they select the Setup Service Add-On during booking. Setup assistance is available for an additional $60 fee, which must be selected under Additional Fees at the time of booking. EXAMPLE: A 1-hour event requires booking at least 3 hours to allow one hour for setup and one hour for breakdown. Setup and breakdown time must be included in your reservation. Cancellation Policy
Stamina Entertainment – Cancellation & Booking Policy 1. Advance Booking Venue rentals may be booked up to six (6) months in advance through our online system. 2. Last-Minute Booking Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the event date. 3. Non-Refundable Deposit A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation and will be applied to the total balance. 4. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled event through official channels. Cancellations made within 72 hours are non-refundable. 5. Refund Process Refunds are reviewed case-by-case and may be approved for emergencies or extreme weather. Approved refunds for prepaid balances $400 or less are processed within 30 days; refunds over $401 within 90 days. 6. Force Majeure Stamina Entertainment is not liable for cancellations due to events beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, power outages, or government orders). Management may offer credit toward a future booking at its discretion. 7. Booking Modifications Changes must be requested 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Overtime beyond the scheduled booking incurs additional hourly charges. 8. Venue Access Access is limited to your reserved hours only. Early setup or extended time must be arranged in advance and may incur extra fees. A one-time keypad code will be sent via email or text before your event for entry. 9. No Storage Policy Stamina Entertainment is a rent-only venue. No client, vendor, or repeat renter may store items, equipment, decorations, or materials on-site before, during, or after an event. All belongings must be removed at the end of each booking. Any items left behind will be considered trash and disposed of immediately. Stamina Entertainment assumes no responsibility for stored or abandoned items. 10. Responsible Use Clients must comply with all venue rules and local laws. Stamina Entertainment is an adult venue (ages 35+); events that attract or host mostly under-35 attendees may be terminated immediately without refund. 11. Security & Liability Clients are responsible for attendee conduct and assume liability for damages or injuries. Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stamina Entertainment and The Podcast Center from any claims arising from event use. 12. Insurance & Security Deposit Event insurance may be required. A refundable incidental deposit may be held to cover damages or policy violations and will be returned within 10
