Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Booking Policy – Show & Podcast Audio and Video Editing (Bartlett) 1. Booking & Project Start Work commences upon payment via booking and submission of client’s audio and/or video files, not exceeding 90 minutes per project. Projects longer than 90 minutes may incur additional editing fees or extended turnaround times. 2. File Submission Requirements Before editing begins, clients must submit all source materials via: Google Drive (preferred): Share a folder with thepodcastcenter@gmail.com with View & Download access enabled. Or send a downloadable link from Dropbox, Google Drive, Box, WeTransfer, or another large file-sharing service. Submitted materials should include: Audio/video files (.WAV, .MP3, .MP4, .MOV) Supporting assets (logos, graphics, music, etc.) Edit notes or timecodes if applicable Editing will not begin until all required materials are received. 3. Content Policy The Podcast Center reserves the right to decline or discontinue editing services for content that contains explicit sexual material, hate speech, violence, discriminatory language, or any subject matter deemed offensive, illegal, or inconsistent with the company’s brand and values. Any such determination is made at the sole discretion of The Podcast Center. Refunds for rejected content are not guaranteed. 4. Turnaround & Delivery Turnaround times vary by project scope and begin only after all materials are received. Estimated delivery dates are provided at booking and may adjust due to revisions or delays in client submission. 5. Revisions Each project includes two (2) rounds of revisions. Additional edits or format changes beyond the included limit are billed at the current hourly editing rate. 6. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made before editing begins will incur a 25% administrative fee. Cancellations made after editing has started are billed for work completed to date. Once a first draft or preview is delivered, no refunds are available. 7. Refund Process Refunds are evaluated case-by-case. Approved refunds for prepaid balances $400 or less are processed within 30 days; refunds over $401 within 90 days. 8. Booking Modifications Rescheduling or scope adjustments are subject to availability and may affect turnaround time or total cost. 9. Additional Fees Additional fees for after-hours, weekend, on-location, or à la carte services may apply based on your specific needs.
