Our Midtown studio gives you the freedom to record professional-quality audio on your own terms. Perfect for podcasters, voice artists, and content creators, this DIY recording space includes easy access to mics, mic stands, and a Zoom PodTrak to capture clean, crisp sound. A one-time keypad code will be sent to you via email or text for entry on your booking day, making access simple and secure. Need extra help? Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Booking Policy – Audio Production (Midtown) Production Hours: Studio hours are Monday–Friday, 10 AM–5 PM. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 16 minutes, a $10 late fee applies up to 15 minutes, payable immediately. This fee is waived only if The Podcast Center is solely at fault. The host or guest must arrive within 30 minutes of scheduled booking (per The Podcast Center studio clock). Any host or guest not in the studio after 30 minutes will not be recorded, and no refund will be issued. Additional fees for after-hours, weekend, on-location, or à la carte services may apply based on your specific needs. Please be sure to review and select the appropriate add-ons during the booking process. Advance Booking: Clients may reserve sessions up to six months in advance via our online booking system. Last-Minute Booking: The latest booking time is 48 hours prior to the desired session. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled session and must be submitted through official communication channels. Refund Process: Refunds are handled case by case. Clients are encouraged to explain their reason for cancellation. Refunds may be granted for emergencies or extreme weather. Clients will be reimbursed the remaining balance within 30 days for prepaid amounts up to $400. Refunds of $401 and over are processed within 90 days. Booking Modifications: Date or time changes are based on availability and must be made in advance. If a production engineer is used, overtime is billed at $25 every 15 minutes beyond the scheduled session and must be paid immediately upon completion. Late Arrivals: Late arrivals do not extend session time. Responsible Use: Clients must use the studio responsibly and follow posted guidelines. Security Deposit: A refundable deposit may be required to cover damages or policy breaches. Policy Updates: The Podcast Center reserves the right to revise this policy at any time. By booking, clients agree to the above terms for a smooth and professional recording experience.
