Our midtown production studio can also be rented for private events, and it offers a one-of-a-kind atmosphere for your needs. It's important to know that the time you reserve includes the time for setting up and breaking down. The first hour is for setting up, and the last hour is for breakdown. So, if you're planning a one to two-hour event, you'll have to reserve it for at least three hours to account for the setup and breakdown time. To make sure everything goes well and you have a good time, please take a moment to read and follow the rules and conditions we've provided below. 1. Booking and Payment: - A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation. - An invoice will be sent for balance payment. 2. Capacity: - The venue accommodates a maximum of 100 standing and 80 seating guests. This limit is non-negotiable for safety and comfort. 3. Event Type and Additional Fees: - Specify the event type during booking. - Additional fees or insurance may be required based on the nature of the event. 4. Venue Access: - Access is granted only during the booked period. - Early access or extended hours require prior arrangement and may incur additional charges. 5. Security and Conduct: - Clients are responsible for attendee conduct. - Security personnel may be required for certain events, costs borne by the client. 6. Cleaning and Damages: - Leave the venue as found. - Client is responsible for damages; charges may apply. 7. Catering and Alcohol: - Inform management of catering plans. - Alcohol service must comply with local laws; licensed bartender may be required. 8. Noise Levels: - Respect neighboring businesses. - Venue reserves the right to control sound levels. 9. Insurance: - Proof may be required based on event type. 10. Cancellation Policy: - Refer to booking policy for cancellation fees. 11. Decorations: - Decorations must be approved and non-damaging. - No open flames without permission. 12. Smoking: - Smoking strictly outside; no indoor smoking. 13. Compliance with Laws: - Events must comply with local laws. 14. Emergency Procedures: - Familiarize with venue emergency procedures and exits. 15. Feedback: - Provide feedback for continuous improvement. Cancellation Policy

Last-Minute Booking: - The latest time to make a booking is 24 hours before the desired venue rental date. 3. Cancellation Policy: - Cancellations are allowed up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled booking. - Clients must notify us of cancellations through the designated communication channels. 4. Refund Process: - Refunds for cancellations will be issued on a case-by-case basis. - Clients are encouraged to provide detailed reasons for cancellations to facilitate the refund evaluation process. 5. Refund Criteria: - Refunds may be considered in situations such as unforeseen emergencies, extreme weather conditions, or other exceptional circumstances. - Refund requests should be submitted promptly with supporting documentation. 6. Communication Channels: - All booking-related communication, including cancellations and refund requests, should be directed through the official channels provided by The Podcast Center. - Contact details and communication methods will be clearly outlined on the website. 7. Booking Modifications: - Changes to the booking details, such as date or time adjustments, may be considered based on availability and must be requested in advance. 8. Late Arrivals: - Clients are responsible for adhering to the agreed-upon booking start time. Late arrivals do not extend the booking period. 9. Responsible Use: - Clients are expected to use the venue responsibly and adhere to all rules and regulations outlined in the booking agreement. 10. Incidental Security Deposit: - In certain cases, beyond our required non-refundable deposit, an incidental security deposit may be required to cover potential damages or breaches of the booking policy. This incidentals deposit will be refunded after a successful event, minus any applicable charges. 11. Policy Updates: - The Podcast Center reserves the right to update the booking policy. Clients will be notified of any changes through the website or direct communication channels.
